1. Respect confidantly-do not post an e-mail you have just recieved from someone without their concern.Apart from being rude it may be an ilegal breech of confidance.If you do not know that person delete and do not answer the E-mail.It may be a virus which will damage your system.If only once or twice it may be ok.But if you do it too many times it will damage your system.Try not to open too many mails from someone you do not or never met before.So do not open mails from someone you do not know.
2. Keep it simple-Keep it simple means to not use too complicated messages.If you do people will have a hard time reading it.Try not to write 1-2 pages of mail.If you use1-2 pages of mail people will get fed up and not reply or read your mails anymore.Try to make your mails short and sweet.Do not use so many expression faces.People will not understand whether you are happy,sad angry etc.Make your mail short and put important things first in the message and not last.
3. Don’t be a grammar pedant-People sometimes or maybe all the time make grammar errors.Whenever you send mail check and understand your message before sending it.You can use short forms like u which stands for you,4rm which stands for from,tq which stands for thank you etc.These short forms are used so you can use them whenever you feel like.These things you can use ang people can read and understand them.People use these kind of grammars everyday.
4. Use plain text-Don’t use HTML loading dor any oter programming languages.Use normal text.HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language.If you use HTML people will not understand you.They will think of something different than what you are trying to tell them.Do not try to make up another language online.People may think you are insulting them.Use the language you made up to a person which can understand that language.Use the most commonly used language like ENGLISH.
5. Warn if you might spoil a surprise-If you know something is going to happen,tell or warn people.Like if you know a team is going to win a football match,tell a person which you know is going to bet that the team is going to win.But only do that if you are confident that that particular team is going to win.That would stop that person  from  loosing  a lot of money.That person can take precautions.But be careful when you tell that person that the thing will happen.
